Passion for digital marketing and loyalty programs
Experience with analytics and forecasting, with thorough business acumen
Strategic thinking capabilities to support the development of innovative campaigns
Previous experience managing projects and processes
As an associate brand manager, loyalty , you will be responsible for:
Co-creating quarterly and annual plans to drive key loyalty metrics, including member engagement, retention, frequency, and lifetime value
Development, implementation, and execution of loyalty campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, finance, creative agency, etc.)
Partnering with data science team to analyze business and loyalty program trends, including deep dives into segment-level opportunities
Collaborating with US and Canada teams to adapt North American campaigns for our market, including games and other member engagement activities
Work back schedule creation, monitoring progress, and risk management
Forecasting, measurement, and reporting the results of ongoing offer campaigns, games, member growth, channel performance and long-term business results
Co-leading presentation development for leadership share outs
Co-managing annual budget development, including ongoing budget management and financial forecasts
Summary of Experience
Strong preference for loyalty experience
University degree in marketing, business, or related field
Experience working in partnership with finance and data science preferred
2+ years of project management experience
Experience working for or with a loyalty program preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Solid business background and financial acumen, able to develop business cases with strong customer-centric focus backed up by data
Analyzing business results and qualitative data to support strategies and process optimizations
Project management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
Must be comfortable presenting plans, results, and learnings
Bilingualism considered an asset
Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspective on existing solutions
Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to function effectively with ambiguity, to work both independently and as part of a team, and to positively contribute to the Starbucks culture by consistently living our missions and values
