Volpe Enterprises, Inc. is looking to hire a Project Manager for our growing company.
Volpe Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service/design-build complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking for Residential Construction Project Managers to join our Production team in North Wales, PA.

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you are expected to have a general understanding of all aspects of residential building and remodeling. We are looking for someone motivated, has the ability to lead employees, and works directly with our sub-contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. We are a growing company and are only interested in individuals who are looking for a career and growth within our organization. Please keep in mind candidates must have a clean driving record, be drug-free, and be a team player.
This is a salary position that pays bi-weekly and compensation is commensurate with experience.
Candidates must have residential construction or remodeling experience to be considered.
Project Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building
- Management experience is preferred
- Ability to read measurements and plans
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test
Project Manager Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete oversight and responsibility for assigned projects
- Project review & setup
- Leading project pre-construction meetings
- Applying for building permits, PA One-call & 3rd party approvals
- Ordering of project material
- Sub-contractor set up & oversight
- Scheduling & attendance of Site walkthroughs, sub/client meetings & inspections
- Creating & maintain job-specific schedules & labor requirements
- Daily take-off materials for projects
- Daily oversight of field employees
- Maintain a positive relationship and consistent communication with clients
- Scope, pricing, and approval of Addendums to contract/scope of work
- Ability to work with designer and sales team
- Maintenance & completion of punch lists
- Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, etc.
Project Manager Professional Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to work as part of a team within the organizational structure
- Ability to organize project documents and manage multiple projects at one time
- Take responsibility for projects under your supervision
- Positive leadership and management skills
- Excellent client relations and the ability to explain and or describe processes to homeowners
- Ability to make independent decisions and work unsupervised
Systems:
- Basic Email and Internet
- Google docs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, etc.
- Buildertrend project management software
- Quickbase CRM/customer management
