Our client in Akron, NY?is seeking a Client Resolution Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for customers and excel at going above and beyond for our clients which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Client Resolution Specialist
Location: Akron, NY
Pay Range: $18/hour
?
What’s the Job?
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Speak with customers via telephone and email to solve clients' concerns
Work with other departments to solve the issue
Work with shipping carriers on getting packages re-routed, filing claims, etc
Process remake order if needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Processing orders
Other duties as assigned

What’s Needed?
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Excel
Experience working with UPS and FedEx
1-3 years Customer Service/Sales experience
Must be able to communicate with customers while sounding clear and professional
Ability to multitask
