TRAINING SCHEDULER (60580)HOURS: 8:30am - 4:45pm, Monday - Friday (flexible on start/end times) PAY RATE: $21.75/hr. Apply today!Responsibilities will include:Coordinate training for a variety of safety programsManage scheduling logistics for programs in various formats (in-person, eLearning, onsite, virtual)Negotiate classroom arrangements and rental facilities for cost efficiencySupport scheduling and coordination of instructors, ensuring HR complianceMonitor instructor schedules and manage class confirmationsAdminister onsite training processes from inception to completionReview, research, and manage eLearning registrations and completionsMaintain accurate database records across various internal systemsRequirements:Associates degree with 3-5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel & WordStrong clerical skills with attention to detailAbility to work in a team, meet deadlines, and follow instructions accuratelyApplicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements.How to Apply:For consideration please submit a resume to the following:Email: jobs@cpsrecruiter.comCPS Recruitment is an Equal Opportunity Employer#adm123#ADM24z
