Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute highly technical projects for development of OEM products for embedded vision, Edge AI, RFID, and spectroradiometer technology used in medical devices, robotics, and scientific instruments fields.

You will also lead communication and reporting to management and project teams. You will also develop project controls and risk management procedures. Projects will tend to be larger and more complex.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

• Leading project planning and execution including defining requirements, scope, and risk management.
• Leading project teams, ensuring they are staffed appropriately, working effectively to maximize efficiency and delivery.
• Overseeing project goals, status, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Managing projects timely completion while also complying with regulatory requirements.
• Anticipating and proactively identifying project risks and mitigating them effectively.

Requirements

• Significant experience/strong track record in project management for embedded and/or electronics in a technology or engineering organization.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects involving hardware and systems-level software
• Be proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with an understanding of project management best practices.
• Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Able to adapt and remain resilient in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.

Education

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or similar disciplines
• PMP certification would be a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $82,208 to $113,036 per year depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
