Industrial Painter Pay & Benefits:
- $17-21/hr BOE
- $.75 Shift Differential
- $200 referral bonus for each candidate you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity, 5 referrals = $1000!)
- We believe in constant training. Motivated individuals willing to learn will be trained to take on more tasks and will be compensated appropriately as a result
- Upon completion of a brief probationary period, employees may be eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance as well as PTO and a 401k
Industrial Painter Shifts:
- 1st shift 4am-12:30pm or 5am-1:30pm
- 2nd shift 4pm-12:30am
- Some overtime will be worked with an advanced notice
Industrial Painter Job Duties and Requirements:
- Prior experience operating a paint spray gun / working with paint
- Must be looking to grow with a company
- Must be comfortable standing on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Prior experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred
- Other duties as assigned
