Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager in the real estate development and property management industry based in North Palm Beach, Florida. As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization through managing cash activity, overseeing accounts receivable balances, and ensuring accurate account management.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of cash handling activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Manage all accounts receivable balances to maintain financial stability
• Employ advanced Excel skills for efficient account management and data processing
• Use Yardi for efficient and accurate property management
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process customer credit applications with attention to detail
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer credit information
• Provide a high level of account management for our customers
• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Utilize accounting functions to support the overall financial operations of the company. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field or position.
• Proficient in various accounting functions and principles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing accounts receivable (AR).
• Skilled in handling billing functions accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in overseeing cash activity and cash handling procedures.
• Proven track record in account management, with a focus on customer accounts.
• Capable of dealing with complex customer account issues and queries.
• Exceptional ability to manage and lead a team.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
