JM MECHANICAL, LLC Payroll Specialist in NORTH LOGAN, Utah
Join our team at JM Mechanical LLC, a well-established and growing company founded in 1985 by Jay Jenks. At JM Mechanical, we pride ourselves on outstanding leadership, innovation, and expertise in providing effective services and products to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to support our team at our commercial location in North Logan Ut.
Duties:
Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
Utilize to maintain payroll information
Perform to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with the HR team on data entry and updates
Handle tasks related to payroll
Assist in compliance
Support in tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with and/or software preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and recordkeeping
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
