Responsible for Ai machine learning, data linking, man-less automated production systems operations. The detailed job duties include: AI machine learning in a circular knitting environment that simulates input data; Circular machine knit programing simple to complex patterns from creating, changing, adjusting and grading shapes; IoT machine data linking from initial creation on a knitting machine and send over the internet to a centralized system that collects and organizes the data for ongoing future usage; Initiate the implementation of robotic arms, automated guided vehicles (AGV), and programable logic controllers (PLC) in an automated environment; Implement proprietary knitting room automation equipment and process; Engineering and construct an automated production environment including robotic application and test runs and SOP's for a smooth transition into commercial production; Redesign and reengineer process flow based on available plant layout to suit automation setup; Monitor the installation process of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that connects, monitors and controls the factory knitting system, and in the installation process of big data live data exchange; Exam and test conveyor system used in automation, and installation of robotic arms, adjustments and settings; Provide training in each automation module, and the application of the different software used in the automated modules as well as troubleshooting analysis in day-to-day operations.

This position requires minimum a Bachelor's Degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering related field.
