ITAD Field Representative Support starting at $18.00 an hour Do you enjoy being on the open road and interacting with customers? In this role, you will wrap and pack equipment, and transport it from customer locations to EPC's warehouse. You will be the face of the company and provide the high-level of service EPC is known for throughout the world. When a Field Representative Support person is not on the road or scheduled for pickups, they will be a valuable member of theNorth Las Vegas, NVas an IT processing technician, performing basic IT functions. • Promptly respond to job requests for local and overnight runs.
• Make scheduled pickups and deliveries using a company cargo van.
• Safely pack and wrap equipment into cargo van for return to warehouse.
• Assist drivers with equipment preparation, loading and unloading trucks on local and overnight trips.
• Work and communicate professionally with the customer and headquarters.
• When not on trips, assist the facility with various tasks as assigned.
• Follow written procedures to test, remove client data, and factory reset networking gear, appliances, andother data center type equipment.
• Accurately record all relevant conditional issues, logs, product inventory, and erasure documents intoEPC's inventory Management Software
• Ensure safe driving practices and perform routine maintenance on the assigned vehicle, including regular inspections, cleaning, and promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Required to work on the road, to include overnight trips up to 3-4 nights weekly. Occasionally / rarely on weekends

Working Environment

• Driving company van or accompanying driver as a helper in a box truck to designated sites.
• Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
• Warehouse temperatures can widely vary based upon local weather conditions and may occasionally exceed 90 degrees.
• Should be open to extra hours (including weekly overtime) in a fast-paced environment.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions / inclement weather including snow and high winds.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud when in the field.
• Can include early morning or late-night working hours.

Physical Activity Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit.
• Ability to be able to regularly bend, twist, and reach.
• The employee is constantly required to handle and reach to operate objects, tools, controls, and product for processing.

Skills and/or Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report to prove clean driving history. A record showing no accidents in a twenty-four (24) month time period and no more than two (2) minor moving violations in the same time period.

Experience Required:

• Skilled with Windows based programs including Micros ft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Skilled at moving equipment (using the right tools for the environment)

Experience and/or Education Preferred:

• Warehouse experience including the preparation and packing of equipment skids.
• Filling out and maintain bills of lading and electronic driver logbooks.
• Previous experience packaging and transporting IT Assets and devices.
• Prior knowledge of DOT rules and regulations is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of driver logbooks - paper and electronic is a plus.
