Summary Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence,division is seeking a Marketing Events Summer Intern at our North Kingstown, RI location. Our interns play an integral role in the success of Hexagon and gain comprehensive insight into the exciting world of Metrology. Description: The Marketing Campaign and Events Intern assists with marketing campaigns, trade shows and Hexagon-hosted events while interacting with sales and marketing stake holders across Hexagon, primarily on a regional level. The intern will keep event projects on task, collaborate across the team tocomplete a variety of administrative tasks related to demand generation, marketing budgets and payables. Job Responsibilities Support marketing campaigns, including events Liaison across various departmental and marketing stakeholders within the company and externally with marketing vendors Provide feedback and periodic reports/analysis to stakeholders Propose ideas to improve campaigns, provided services and events Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests Keep stakeholders on task and follow up on marketing deliverables Various administrative tasks, via our work management tool (Monday.com), Microsoft Office Support marketing campaign execution Qualifications Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student majoring in business with a Marketing or other applicable concentration and in good academic standing Leadership experience within campus organizations High aptitude for creative problem solving Highly organized with attention to detail Able to work from our North Kingstown, RI office without relocation Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship Ability to work Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week during the summer break Hexagon Metrology, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer ?
