Main Tasks & Requirements As the Manager of Sales Enablement, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of our sales team by developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools that support their success. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other key stakeholders to identify training needs, create sales enablement programs, and drive initiatives that empower our sales force to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Sales Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop comprehensive sales training programs that address skill gaps, product knowledge, sales methodologies, and objection handling. Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales teams, both in-person and virtually. Develop sales training materials, including presentations, playbooks, scripts, and online resources. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, and continuously refine content and delivery methods. Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and manage sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to support the sales process and enhance productivity. Develop and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and tools to guide sales representatives through each stage of the sales cycle. Content Development and Management: Work closely with marketing and product management teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and other content that aligns with sales objectives and customer needs. Ensure that sales materials are up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to the sales team through a centralized repository or content management system. Sales Enablement Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Analyze sales performance data, training outcomes, and sales enablement tool usage to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and insights to sales leadership and stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaboration with sales leadership, marketing, product management, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales enablement initiatives.
