Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary/Possible Permanent Hire for another role)
Location: North Haven, CT

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated administrative assistant for a temporary position lasting at least 6 months. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer and team communication, and light housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers and address inquiries or concerns.
Timesheet Management: Track and manage employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Data Entry & Scheduling: Input data accurately, manage schedules, and coordinate appointments.
Administrative Support: Take detailed notes, maintain records, and assist with various office tasks.
Light Housekeeping & Inventory Maintenance: Ensure a tidy and organized office environment, manage and maintain office inventory and perform basic housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data entry and office software.
Positive attitude and a proactive, “get it done” approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
