Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in North Hampton, New Hampshire. As a Tax Preparer, you will be using your expertise in accounting software systems, customer service, and data entry to address customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to accurately process customer data

• Assist customers by resolving inquiries related to their tax preparation

• Keep up-to-date customer records in systems such as ADP - Financial Services and CCH ProSystem Fx

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on Accounting Functions

• Use Drake Tax Software for tax preparation and processing

• Handle customer service situations professionally and efficiently

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Calculate allowances and deductible for customers

• Use CCH Sales Tax software to ensure correctness of customer tax records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx is essential.

• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is crucial.

• Ability to utilize Drake Tax Software effectively is expected.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is mandatory.

• Capability to handle Allowances is needed.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required.

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.

• Understanding of Deductible is a must.
