Our client, a leading juice manufacturer?is seeking a Maintenance Planner?to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, problem solving?and time management skills?which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:? Maintenance Planner
Location: Northeast, PA

What’s the Job?
Maintenance of production and processing equipment
Building maintenance
Maintaining?constant contact with production and processing supervision
Train mechanics in the proper set-up, adjustment, and maintenance of production, processing and seasonal support equipment
Establishes daily?objectives?for crew and?daily evaluates?the extent to which these?objectives?are being met.

What’s Needed?
?
Minimum of four years?related?applicable experience with Supervision of machine maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment
Experience in food manufacturing strongly preferred, Lean and Six Sigma a plus
Solid record of safety and continuous improvement in an industrial setting
Cross-functional demonstrated skills in Electrical, PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Motors, motion control, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting skillsets with ability to find root cause and provide solutions
