Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and resourceful Social Media Content Creator with an interest for both the Lumber Industry and Kitchen & Bath Design. In this role, you?ll be responsible for producing visually engaging content for our social media platforms, while also collaborating closely with our sales team to visit job sites and showcase how our products play a vital role in transforming spaces. You will capture content that highlights everything from raw materials like lumber being prepared for delivery to the finished beauty of kitchen and bath projects, blending the craftsmanship of the lumber industry with the elegance of interior design. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute content plans across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) to showcase our products in the context of kitchen and bath design as well as lumber and building materials Capture and create engaging visual content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels that highlight the transformation of spaces using our products. Produce educational content that demonstrates the relationship between quality lumber, construction, and interior design, emphasizing sustainability and craftsmanship Join the sales team to visit job sites, including kitchens, bathrooms, and construction projects, to capture real-time content that reflects the installation and use of our lumber products in design and renovation projects. Interview customers and document their design journeys to create engaging before-and-after stories that showcase our products\' impact. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in both home design and the lumber industry, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and appealing to our target audience. Analyze content performance across platforms, using insights to adjust strategies and maximize engagement. Ensure that all content aligns with brand messaging, maintaining a consistent voice, style, and aesthetic across all social media channels. Work closely with the sales, design, and purchasing teams to ensure content aligns with product launches, design showcases, and overall marketing campaigns. Qualifications: Graphic Design Experience is strongly preferred. Copyright Experience is strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.) Willingness to travel to job sites and capture content on location with the sales team (local travel required) We offer a rich benefits package, so you feel secure outside of work and confident on the job.
