Job Description
The Supervisor, Supply Chain FP&A is part of the Global Supply Chain Finance HQ team and is responsible for a variety of financial planning, reporting, and analysis tasks to support company's global supply chain leadership. This position will play a key role in developing effective and insightful forecasts to support management’s strategic objectives, consolidating supply chain forecasting and reporting deliverables from other finance teams, preparing timely and accurate deliverables for operations HQ teams and to business partners, working with finance team management to refine processes and systems to further enhance capabilities and deliver high quality financial information to business leaders, and to use that information to help drive solutions to key strategic challenges.
Responsibilities
Leads and develops monthly, quarterly, and annual Plan, LRP, and LBEs as required, including P&L, headcount, balance sheet, expense and capital using planning system and incorporates review changes of both financial and operating management. Complete required Operations FP&A submissions within deadlines.
Operates independently to prepare relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle and develops meaningful management reporting schedules for direct areas supported.
Provides management with clear insights into drivers of business and financial performance and risk; assesses business/market opportunities and informs/recommends prioritization decisions.
Maintains headcount reporting for the business units. Track actual headcount and open positions, as well as levels of contractor support.
Works directly with Accounting Shared Service contact on monthly close process and financial reporting to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results, including variance analysis and commentary for P&L, headcount, and balance sheet. Understands monthly results and communicates issues vs. benchmark to businesses supported to agree on resolution or action plan.
Leads preparation of consolidated supply chain planning deliverables (LBE, Plan, LRP, Flash, etc.) for operations headquarters teams. Work with other supply chain finance teams to understand results and effectively summarize and present that information as part of a consolidated reporting package.
Assist with the preparation of sales demand reconciliation deliverables for planning cycles as part of the broader inventory and days on hand planning process. Coordinate inputs between different business partner groups as necessary.
Leads financial reviews and approvals (purchase order requests and invoices).
Identifies and drives system-based and process efficiencies throughout the team while building relationships with finance peers via collaboration and teamwork.
May have supervisory responsibility for one or more direct reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA or MBA a plus.
7-10 plus years of finance/accounting experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point and proficient in business applications, TM1, SAP and HFM.
Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.
Well organized and able to balance multiple priorities at once in a deadline-heavy environment.
Learns fast, grasps the "essence” and can change course quickly where indicated.
Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo.
Embraces the ideas of others, nurtures innovation and manages innovation to reality.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Salary: $91,500 - $173,500
