Job Title: Complaint Reporting SpecialistJob Description

As a Complaint Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all reporting activities in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. This role includes partnering with internal teams such as pharmacovigilance, local in-country teams, and the device quality assurance team to ensure accurate and appropriate complaint reporting. You will serve as a liaison to regulatory bodies and internal teams, handling inquiries and facilitating communication. Your responsibilities will also include making crucial reportability decisions, leading both local and global vigilance reporting, managing regular reporting requirements, and overseeing translation services for reporting. This role demands a proactive approach to manage the timeline for end-to-end reporting processes and ensuring stakeholder visibility throughout.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 19 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in North Chicago, Illinois and some days remote.
