ASRC Federal Holding Company Dormitory Janitor in North Charleston, South Carolina
Description:
Exhibit the upmost customer service and professionalism
Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub and polish floors as needed
Pull trash and recyclables and place in appropriate containers
Hi/low dust as necessary
Stock all bathrooms with paper products and soap
Inventory janitor closet; report shortages to the manager for replenishment
Clean entry ways, elevators, and stairways and common areas
Collaborate in the laundry and housekeeper areas as needed
Other department duties as assigned
SUMMARY: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for Janitors to maintain our dormitory facilities.
Requirements:
Highschool diploma/GED preferred
Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Valid South Carolina driver’s license and able to operate a motor vehicle.
Must be able to squat, lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
Must be able to read and follow cleaning supply instructions/restrictions
Must be able to pass a background investigation and physical exam
Must be punctual and have great attendance
Schedule is M-F 0700 - 1600 with occasional weekends as needed
