THE WORK

At Lockheed Martin, Cyber Support Operations is seeking a Penetration Test Lead to execute red team activities for cyber test and training exercises at the National Cyber Range Complex in Charleston, SC. As the Penetration Test Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our cybersecurity evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Cyber Security Evaluations:

Oversee red team operations during individual test, training events, and mission-based cyber risk assessments.

Coordinate and task small red teams for day-to-day operations.

Conduct hands-on penetration testing for various test events.

Create and manage test reporting artifacts and deliverables.

Develop and maintain standards and best practices for red team operations.

Ensure all test execution and deliverable artifacts meet quality control measures.

Assign and schedule red teams based on availability, domain expertise, and event parameters.

Basic Qualifications:

The candidate must have hands-on experience in the following:

• TS/SCI Clearance

• Penetration testing

• Leadership experience for multiple small teams with remote team members

• Technical writing

Experience in one or more of the following:

•Penetration Testing of modern Windows and Linux operating systems and IP based networks.

• Exploit and malware development targeting modern operating systems and defenses.

• Reverse Engineering

• Web Application Penetration Testing

• Hardware hacking

• Software Defined Networks

• Digital Forensics

Desired Skills:

• Experience conducting mission-based cyber risk assessments

• Offensive Security Certified Engineer (OSCE)

• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)

• GIAC Certified Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Testers (GXPN)

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
