Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
CNC Mill Machinist | 1st shift | $24-$32/hour | North Canton, OH
Read blueprints, job orders, tooling instructions, or standard charts to determine product specifications, work holding arrangement, cutting speeds, feed rates, and cutting tools to be used.
Use CNC machine control to set spindle speeds, feed rates, and machine movements to produce parts per provided designed mold components for specified operations.
Program CNC machine control manually or using CAD/CAM software.
Verify conformance of turned work-pieces to specifications using optical comparators, micrometers, and vision systems.
Decide on station and timing of each operation to assure efficient use of tools and time.
Set up all tooling to perform operations.
Set up bar feeder for continuous operation.
Compute such data as dimensions, rotation speeds, and feed rates.
Perform required data collection and record maintenance.
Hard Skills
CNC Machining with CNC Mills (Okuma preferred)
Machine edits, setups, changeovers, speeds/feeds
Calipers/micrometers
Job Shop experience
Programming Skills with CAD or similar software

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in North Canton, Ohio.
Work Environment
Manufacture Tooling and Molds at Canton for their other locations. Also, assist with the manufacturing of their pharmaceutical products.
Climate-controlled facility and very clean.
Newest and most up-to-date equipment on the market.
Aiming to accommodate individuals to ensure happiness and maximize productivity.
Expected to work 10 hours most days.
Will get at least 50 hours per week or more; very rare to get less.
