Green Thumb Environmental Beautification Inc. Maintenance Position in North Blenheim, New York
NY1506777 Maintenance Position needed for Green Thumb Environmental Beautification in North Blenheim, NY.
Seasonal, Part-time position.
Pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
Beautification and general cleaning duties around the grounds.
Paint/stain stand-alone objects (benches, signs, containers, tables).
Maintaining shrubs, flowers, general planting, as well as the removal of damaged/pruning growth.
Assist with minor repairs (and report any supplies needed for interior and exterior maintenance of buildings along with custodial projects (cleaning restrooms, replenishing paper products/soap/ emptying trash.)
Clean concrete pads and picnic tables, parking area and drives, and remove foreign materials from walks, drives and lawns.
Candidate may also sort and inventory various items and report any vandalism.
Green Thumbers may not intervene if they witness any activity: Report to supervisor.
Bookkeeping and filing are to be done.
Green Thumbers may work within their written limitations.
