Genesis Healthcare Receptionist (Part Time) in North Andover, Massachusetts

Come join Sutton Hill's new management team and be part of a high energy forward thinking team. The Sutton Hill is a 5 star rated long term care facility. Sutton Hill is looking to add part time receptionist to our team. The receptionist is responsible for health screening and efficently answering the phones and effectively providing communcation throughout the building. The hours for the position are from 3 PM to 8 PM amd weekends are also availble. Additional responsibilities are listed below.

Answers all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirects them appropriately.

Kindly welcomes, greets and directs patients, visitors, and guests and completes health screening.

Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail.

Maintains current lists of patients by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.

Orders supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school degree or equivalent is required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language. Excellent communication skills required. Proficient with Google; Docs, Sheets, Slides.
