05/31Liberty DS LLC DBA Pepe Delgados Mexican Restaurant seeks 6 temp FT Cooks/Prep from 10/01/2024-05/31/2025.

Duties: Food Prepping and handling, practice sanitation for kitchen and deliver prepared dishes to clients. Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items required and special function purposes as assigned. Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items. Properly assembles all tools and utensils needed to accomplish job duties, uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures including those relating to personal hygiene. Maintains and cleans workstation and equipment. Disposes of trash and food preparation waste at the end of shift.

Employer will provide worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform duties assigned except for professional kitchen knives. 1 mo. exp. req. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Worksite 786 Asp Ave, Norman, Oklahoma 73069. \$13.38/hr Shift work varies between 7am and 11:30pm 7 days/week; 35hrs/wk. OT may be available at \$20.07/hr.

Employer guarantees work hrs = to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period. Paid bi-weekly; single workweek used as standard for computing wages. Workers who cannot reasonably commute to their place of residence at the end of each workday may elect to utilize 3^rd^ party housing. Employer will deduct the cost of optional housing charged by the 3^rd^ party for workers. The weekly housing deduction will range between \$80 to \$130 subject to the availability of shared or single rooms. Workers can elect to utilize employer offered transportation; employer will deduct \$3.00 per ride for workers electing employer transportation. All deductions from pay req by law. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse worker for transp & subsistence from place of recruit to place of work. Upon completion of the work contract/where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transp & subsistence back home or to place the worker originally departed, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/ another employer. The amount of transp pay or reimbursement will be = to most economical & reasonable common carrier for distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided @ rate of \$15.88/ day to a max of \$59.00/ day w/ receipts.
