Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST (AVIATION MAINTENANCE) of CNATT UNIT NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will Provide overall curriculum oversight, curriculum maintenance, formal classroom instruction, and practical laboratory instruction, in the administration and management of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) policies and procedures.. You will liaison with user activities to obtain feedback on training provided. You will review, update, and evaluate course curriculum, and initiate recommended Revisions or Changes when needed. Evaluate training aids, equipment, and other media in support of teaching assignments. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing guidance and instruction in accordance with training and curriculum development policies and procedures regarding aviation technical matters; 2) Overseeing and managing various curriculum and training administration projects to completion; 3) Documenting, reporting, and resolving discrepancies in aviation training materials; and 4) Reviewing, developing and revising curricula via approved instructional systems and processes..
