Job Description
To serve as the Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist in the Darden College of Education and Professional Studies. This support entails:
Providing administrative support for the Dean’s Office
Providing support for undergraduate and graduate programs’ marketing, recruitment, and enrollment efforts
Assisting with event planning for the undergraduate and graduate programs and college

Knowledge, skills and abilities
Working knowledge of PC-related software to include Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain databases, track recruiting activities, and generate monthly reports. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other members of the college and community, displaying cultural competence as well as emotional intelligence. Ability to independently manage the workday in the field with minimal or no supervision. Willingness to work extended evening and weekend hours during prime recruiting season.

Some experience in higher education. Considerable experience in the areas of marketing, event planning or student recruitment.
Conditions of Employment
