Our 466-room hotel is seeking an experienced, detail-focused Executive Housekeeper to elevate our guests’ room experience! We need a motivated, guest-focused leader who can empower our Housekeeping and Laundry team to achieve excellence, exceed brand standards, and contribute to our hotel’s success story. If you're a natural at creating exceptional guest experiences, inspiring teams, and driving quality, we’d love to have you on board!
Starting Salary : $75K - $80K
What You’ll Do:
Guest Experience : Interact with guests to ensure their stay is seamless, delivering friendly service and a sparkling clean environment with every visit.
Training & Development : Educate and inspire the housekeeping team on brand standards and “Cleanliness Assured” procedures, ensuring consistent quality.
Team Management : Lead by example, support performance management, and cultivate a positive team culture.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs quickly and effectively.
Operational Excellence : Oversee cleanliness standards, maintain records, and manage the lost-and-found with care.
Safety First : Enforce safety and security protocols, always putting guest and team safety at the forefront.

Qualifications:
Required Prior Experience:
3+ years of experience in Hotel Management
Experience in Housekeeping Management
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Technology:
Basic computer knowledge, including the Microsoft Suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, and Teams
Experience with hotel information systems
Required Physical:
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally
Able to stand and/or walk for duration of scheduled shift
Required Other:
Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights weekends, holidays, and special events
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Other:
Bi-Lingual

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
