Lundquist Associates Integrated Systems Electronics Technician - Security Systems Integration in Norfolk, Virginia
[Lundquist Associates Integrated Systems (LAIS) is a full service Systems Integration firm specializing in Integrated Security and Access Control Systems, CCTV, Intercom, and nurse call systems. Virginia DCJS # 11-2019. [LAIS is looking for a qualified junior/entry level technician to join our team. Successful candidate should be interested in learning how to, or who knows how to install and configure low-voltage electronic systems, including access control systems, security intrusion systems, closed circuit television systems, intercom systems, and nurse call systems. Formal training in electronics is a plus. Military veteran is a plus. Applicant should be a self-starter, able to read and interpret installation and programming manuals, be an energetic co-worker, and thrive in a professional and construction environment. Benefit package includes vacation, personal time off, and 401(k) plan. Applicants must be able to clear a Virginia State Police and FBI background check. Obtaining, or having a current Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Criminal Justice services (DCJS) electronic security technician registration is required for this position.
