Parts Counter Person
$18hr + Commission
Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm & E/O Saturday 7:30am-noon.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist retail, internal, and wholesale customers with parts sales and delivery in a friendly and courteous manner
Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail customer in a timely manner
Accurately price parts and accessories and make corresponding entries on customer documentation and the computer system
Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
Pull parts from stock and if not in stock, determine availability and relay to the customer
Stock incoming inventory in the correct location
Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner
Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Clean driving record.
Management experience
Good customer service skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
Ability to lift 75lbs and team lift.

Starting Pay: $18/hr.
