The Job

The UKG Service Management Platform team is seeking a ServiceNow Development support personnel. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the ServiceNow enterprise-wide platform development

and administration responsibilities. This includes managing Incidents and tasks assigned to the group and developing and deploying code to our production environment.

The Daily

• Configuration and Scripting: Configure and script on the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Workflow Automation: Create and optimize workflows and orchestration processes within ServiceNow to automate routine tasks and streamline business processes.

• Service Catalog: Develop and maintain the Service Catalog, including the creation of catalog items, variables, and associated workflows to support IT and non-IT service requests.

• Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide real-time insights into service management and operational efficiency.

• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members, helping them effectively utilize ServiceNow features and functionalities.

• Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

• Manage and prioritize incidents and tasks assigned to the group

• Work directly with users to resolve Incidents and complete tasks within ServiceNow

• Develop clear and concise technical and process knowledge articles for the team

• Monitor platform health, usage, and overall compliance on the platform

• Deploy code to production environment

• Work with developers on defects found in the platform

• Assist in platform patching and upgrades

• Developing reports and dashboards

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 00:00 AM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience

• 3 - 5 years of ServiceNow Development experience

• ITIL certification is preferred

• Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
