Position : Program Manager - HR
Function : Talent Acquistion
Mandates:
8 to 10 years of experience of End-to-end Recruitment in Technical hiring.
Stakeholder Management, should have excellent communication skills and should be able to present in the review meetings.
Should have an experience working on an ATS. Should be able to manage a team of 2-3 members.
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire), Dashboarding, maintaining trackers.
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Good sourcing skills.
Should be able to guide the team on their targets, new sourcing methodologies, process , SLAs ensuring team meets the hiring targets.
Must have experience in hiring Skillsets like RPA A360 hiring, Dot net core, Automation testing , Agile, ETL, RPA support etc.
