Study Group Procurement Specialist in Noida, India

Contract type: Full time 

Location: Noida 

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for goods and services.

  • Research and identify qualified suppliers.

  • Request for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders. Track and monitor order status and delivery performance. Manage supplier relationships.

  • Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. 

  • Maintain accurate procurement records.

  • Analyse procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

    ABOUT YOU

  • Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

  • Experience with procurement software a plus.
