Oracle Principal IDCS Engineer - IAM in NOIDA, India

Job Description

Responsibilities

================

IDCS Administration:

Manage the lifecycle of Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) instances, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for IDCS configurations, policies, and best practices.

Access Management and Policy Development:

Design and implement instance principles to meet security and access requirements.

Create and enforce access policies for secure authentication, authorization, and role assignments.

Define and configure roles for SaaS and PaaS platforms, ensuring compliance with security standards.

Integration and Middleware Management:

Integrate IAM services (IDCS) with Oracle and third-party SaaS/PaaS platforms.

Configure and manage IAM protocols, including SSO, OAuth, SAML, and RBAC.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align middleware and IAM strategies.

Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization:

Diagnose and resolve issues in IAM processes and middleware integrations.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for incidents.

Perform performance tuning for low latency and high throughput integrations.

Security and Compliance:

Ensure all IAM policies and procedures adhere to regulatory and security standards.

Implement robust security measures, including SSL/TLS configurations, for integrations.

Automation and Monitoring:

Automate deployments and configurations using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or custom scripts.

Set up monitoring and alerting for middleware and IAM components using OCI Monitoring and Logging.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work with developers, security teams, and stakeholders to enforce IAM policies.

Maintain updated architecture diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Responsibilities

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Technical Expertise:

• Leadership and Communication:

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience on cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
