Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum master to join the our technology development team. This role requires a high energy, collaborative talent who is passionate about project management and who has a proven track record of working collaboratively and independently. The focus will be optimising value delivery for our internal customers using Agile and Scrum methodologies. They will also enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment that is passionate about their work and contributing to the growth of the entire organization.

• Manage relationships with software development teams, product and architecture groups, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software products and services.

• Ensure the team is delivering high-quality software by monitoring quality metrics, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards, regulations, and best practices. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs using a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

• Coach and mentor team members on software development best practices, agile methodologies, and lean principles.

• Create clear and transparent communications to all levels of the program – SMEs, Stakeholders and Sponsors

• Assess and manage initiative risks, issues, and changes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 5-8 years' experience in program and/or project management for software development

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile, lean, and DevOps.

• Experience with product development.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

• Understanding of and experience with project, change management and/or process methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Executive Presence and presentations

• Self-starter with an ability to work independently, including outside of actual reporting structure. Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, LPM

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Aha!, JIRA, PowerBI preferred.

• Prior experience with APIs, databases and cloud technologies preferred
