As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of our product team, and your primary goal will be to ensure that our products are developed and enhanced based on a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and feedback. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor products to inform product decisions and ensure customer-centric features are developed.

  • Monitor and measure product performance and customer satisfaction through metrics and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and create innovative solutions.

  • Clearly articulate product vision and goals to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Advocate for the customers, ensuring products provide a broad experience and meet customer needs.

  • Create a prioritized feature backlog for product development.

  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in SaaS or Product company with a strong focus on customer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in technology (B. Tech) from a top-tier engineering college.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.

  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products.
