Live Nation Ruoff Music Center Day Maintenance and Grounds Crew in Noblesville, Indiana

Job Summary:

The Role:

To maintain the integrity and cleanliness of Ruoff Music Center through venue repairs, preventative maintenance and groundskeeping.

Job Functions:

  • Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.

  • Duties include, but are not limited to, pressure washing, fire hosing/washing of the entire venue

  • Assist with venue projects, including but not limited to, painting, construction, building repairs, plumbing and electrical

  • Venue setup, including but not limited to, setup of tables, chairs, tents and bike rack

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties.

  • Detect faulty mechanical, electrical and structural issues, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

  • Groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, weed clean up and trash removal

  • Comply with safety regulations.

  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

  • Hours may vary during the summer months

  • Position requires you to be able to work during all weather conditions since this is an outside venue.

  • Position requires physical activity such as walking, standing, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ in all weather conditions
