Description
The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a Noblesville healthcare practice to add a Patient Care Coordinator to their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. This is a high call volume position with 80-100 calls daily.
Hours: Monday -Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities for the position include the following:
Handling phone inquiries with professionalism (phone etiquette).
Scheduling appointments for healthcare providers.
Taking patient messages and relaying them to clinical staff for action.
Responding to inquiries from clinic staff.
Rescheduling appointments as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Customer Service
Ability to handle and organize documentation
Familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls
Capability to Schedule Appointments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Phone Presence
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records
Experience with Medical Insurance procedures
Software: NextGen
