What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Content Development & Project Support for Global Customer Advisory

Location: Hybrid -Newtown Square or Atlanta

Expected start date: August 2024

Duration: 12 months

Working hours: part time - full time 20hrs./week - 40 hrs./week

Content Development and Project Support are pivotal to our team's success. The core duties include creating creative content (infographics, video live and animated, PowerPoint design, etc.) that will allow us to be more effective and engaging to support Adoption efforts. You will work closely with members of the CS Global Customer Advisory Performance & Insights team as subject matter experts to create assets for our end-to-end Target Operating Model business use cases and processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Create visually engaging media assets and eye-catching content for different audiences across the CS Customer Advisory organization

  • Leverage SAP standard branding to create templates and content outlines to streamline content development

  • Produce short animated videos from developing the storyline through production and editing to publishing

  • Offer ongoing project support such as scheduling, presentation prep, and updating SharePoint

  • Ensure uncompromising quality in all internal and external assets

Candidate Profile

  • Visual storytelling and storyboard skills and ability to transform complex concepts into simple, compelling media assets

  • Comfortable with video, image, and audio editing tools and willing to learn new tools such as Camtasia and/or SharePoint

  • Obsessed with great design and not afraid of trying something new while aligning to the SAP brand

  • Exceptional detail orientation and an eye for layout and design

  • Ability to produce results independently as well as collaboratively with comfort managing multiple ongoing projects and short deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Strong execution capabilities with a can-do attitude: personal conviction and energy

  • Comfort adjusting to new, different, or changing requirements

  • A passion for the work and a willingness to want to learn new tools

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidateswill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
