EPAM Systems Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager - Remote in Newtown, Pennsylvania
As a Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager , you will be part of the team responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans that promote EPAMs Microsoft-related solutions and services.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams at EPAM and Microsoft to create a joint go to market strategy, compelling content, marketing campaigns, and provide support to joint EPAM and Microsoft events.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with our alliance and business teams to create a marketing strategy aligned with company and alliance objectives
Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, related to Microsoft services and solutions
Collaborate with marketing teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
Partner with the design team to create visually appealing campaign assets
Support in organizing and promoting Microsoft-related webinars, workshops, and events
Coordinate logistics, registration, and follow-up activities for virtual and in-person events
Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows as needed (approx. 10% travel)
Develop lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads interested in Microsoft services
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively managed and converted
Implement marketing automation tools for lead tracking and scoring
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cloud computing sector
Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud and cloud computing concepts
Strong writing and content creation skills
Experience with marketing and sales automation software (e.g., Salesforce, D365, Marketo, event management, etc.)
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Strong communication and presentation skills
Microsoft Certified Cloud Practitioner or other Microsoft certifications are a plus
