DESCRIPTION OF WORK At Little Buffalo State Park, you would primarily be responsible for taking payments at the pool contact booth, using the cash register, and following established money handling guidelines in compliance with the cash management policy.

Your role will include politely communicating the park's rules and regulations to the public, providing them with the information they need or directing them to the appropriate person. Additionally, you will respond to general inquiries by gathering and sending requested materials like maps and program guides. You will also provide clerical support that would encompass handling outgoing mail using a postal scale and meter, and manage incoming phone calls by screening them, taking messages, and forwarding them to the relevant individual.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

This is a seasonal, full-time position without benefits and no option to buy-in to healthcare benefits.

Work hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed; 37.5 hours/week - 7-day operation.

Employee will work 5 of 7 days per week (10 of 14 days per pay period). The season runs from May to September.
