DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will be responsible for offering clerical and office support in the Little Buffalo State Park complex. Your main tasks will involve greeting visitors, answering their inquiries about the park's facilities and activities, and providing them with information about various amenities. Additionally, you will address any questions related to park rules and regulations, and if necessary, direct visitors to the park ranger or manager for further assistance. Furthermore, you will also provide visitors with details about local attractions and events. Lastly, you will maintain a relationship with the Perry County Visitor's Bureau to facilitate the exchange of information and publications.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Seasonal full-time employment without benefits. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with 30-minute lunch. This position performs in a seven day a week operation and may be scheduled to work weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:
