ManTech Program Analyst in Newport News, Virginia
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst for Construction and Production Integration Metrics Support to join our team in Newport News, VA area.
Job Summary:
The Program Analyst for Construction and Production Integration Metrics Support will be co-located with the waterfront project team. The individual will maintain working relationships with the Waterfront Program Manager and Project Team members and support organizations, Newport News Shipbuilding, Ship’s Integration Team and COMNAVAIRFOR N43 Staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support development and management of metrics associated with construction of CVN79/80/81.
Provide support and oversight of construction costs and Cost Account Managers by monitoring costs in SAP, manipulating data via exports to MS Excel and comparing to cost between ships in the Ford Class.

Monitor construction efforts for CVN79/80/81 and provide updates to PMS378.
Support development of government IMS program-level Integrated Master Schedule (patterned after the shipbuilder’s IMS) to aid in sequencing and monitoring government events, deliverables and action items.
Improve processes and create databases to improve data & information sharing across the government delivery team.
Attend working and management level meetings in support of CVN 79/80/81 construction/production and provide meeting notes to PMS 378. Assist PMS 378 Production Team as directed to support construction of CVN 79/80/81.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a High school diploma or equivalent.
10+ years’ of experience with US Navy, US Coast Guard, or Military Sealift Command ships.
Must have some experience with Program, Project, and / or business analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience managing technical projects
Bachelor’s degree in business or management disciplines
3+ years experience in the HII-NNS Shipbuilding environment
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery.
The person in this position must be able to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
