Product Data Coordinator

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Product Data Coordinator. If you have familiarity and experience in product data and master data management, coupled with a commitment to great customer service, this is the position for you!
Ensure quality customer service and follow-up
Support corporate programs, goals and initiatives of the company
Review vendor/3rd party-provided core ERP and/or descriptive data
Communicate with vendors to acquire and validate core ERP data
Load core ERP and/or descriptive data into master data management (MDM) system
Ensures the accurate completion of all data entry tasks
Assigns new tasks to data clerks
Manages the completion of large projects and works with clerks and other QAs to prepare new projects and tasks prior to assignation
Verifies that all data work meets department standards, including correction when necessary
Composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Work may also include communication with offsite data vendors and product suppliers to coordinate data resources and projects, including reviewing work done by corporate affiliates and soliciting suppliers for better project resources
Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
At least one year of experience in product data or related field preferred
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent listening and communication skills (oral, written and telephone skills)
Strong customer service, and organizational skills
Effective prioritization and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail require
Experience with FTP is a plus!
Ability to enter data at 50 wpm
Experience with current ID systems and tables is a plus
Must be a quick learner and adapt to changing standards
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
