LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides safe and effective delivery of uncomplicated clinical services and tasks under the direction and continuous supervision of a licensed health care provider.
Provides appropriate clinical and non-clinical information to facilitate visit process.
Maintains sterility and cleanliness of the environment.
Maintains supplies, equipment and instruments.
Supports and performs clerical functions as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Virginia state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Practical Nurse holding a Compact State license required.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
