Lead the benefits, operations team. Responsible for the day to day customer support and benefits administration. Partner closely with the Benefits, COE team to operationalize strategic priorities. Responsible for partnering with and handling relationships with benefits vendors.
Location:
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team to provide an exceptional Associate and Manager experience through day to day review, research and response to various inquiries
Design, implement and administer the organization's benefit programs and activities, so they meet the organization's objectives
Administer and support benefits programs including life, health, and disability insurance, and other relevant programs.
Perform analyses of benefit programs and prepares reports as needed
Partner to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of various employee benefit programs
Partner to select and manage relationships with external consultants and suppliers (for example; benefits consultants, brokers, trustees, and necessary legal assistance) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience administering 401k plans.
5 years of experience administering Health plans.
5 years of demonstrated Workday benefit file, integration, release implementation, testing, troubleshooting and administration experience.
3 years of experience partnering and handling vendor relationships.
Demonstrated understanding of benefit administration regulatory requirements.
2 years of continuous process improvement experience.
3 years of customer service experience.
Leading and developing team members.
CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) certification preferred.
Ability to organize, prioritize and direct/delegate work.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams.
Ability to efficiently operation computers and navigate complex technical systems.
Knowledge or Microsoft Office software.

Pay Range:

$7,425.00 - $12,100.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
