Casey Auto Group Automotive Warranty Administrator in Newport News, Virginia

Casey Auto Group in Newport News is actively seeking an experienced automotive Warranty Administrator to join their team!  The role of the warranty administrator is to assist in the processing of warranty claims for seven manufacturers and a variety of third party warranty companies.  Job Duties: * Monitor compliance of claims with manufacturer requirements as they are submitted to payment.  * Assist in making sure that any warranty claim rejections are corrected resubmitted in a timely manner.  * Assist in the training of new service writers and service staff on proper methods of completing Warranty Repair Invoices.
