Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting all aspects of building maintenance and upkeep, including preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and repairs on mechanical and electrical service center utilities and systems. This role ensures customer orders are delivered on time and within safety, quality, and business standards.
Hard Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLC, 480v/3 phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls
Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus
Experience troubleshooting 480v and 240v systems
Experience troubleshooting pneumatics and conveyors
Familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMS)

Problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Newnan, Georgia.
Work Environment
1 position on nights - 5 PM - 5 AM, 2,2,3 schedule (3-day weekend every other weekend).
