This position will perform complex work of an administrative and accounting nature to support our contracting and manufacturing operations including contract billings, job costing and a variety of special projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - General contract administration including creating jobs in JDE; ensuring that all contracts and budgets are entered timely and accurately - Post daily production and consumption from manufacturing operations - Prepare customer billings - Process subcontractor invoices - Maintain forecasts and A/R tools in Smartsheet - Backup payroll job costing functions & reception duties - Perform misc. business analysis as requested - Various special assignments Compensation:$25-$34/hour Minimum Qualifications: - 2 years experience in administrative, payroll, contracting, general accounting or related field - Associates or BS degree in business, accounting or other related field or equivalent experience preferred - Thorough knowledge of standard administrative functions and equipment - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required - Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate attention to detail - Ability to organize and present information using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to problem solve, follow directions, maintain workflow in areas of responsibility and handle difficult situations - Ability to prioritize and be flexible to meet deadlines - Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle information of a confidential nature Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits: -Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance -Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts -401K with Company Match -Profit Sharing -8 Paid Holidays -Paid Time Off -Life Insurance -Employee Assistance Program -Years of Service Recognition How To Apply: To be considered for this position, candidates must complete and submit an employment application at jobs.kniferiver.com by the posting deadline noted above.
