BAE Systems Inventory Specialist in Newington, Virginia
Job Description
Position will support the Government Technical Program Manager (TPM) by handling a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure interactions between the organization and stakeholders are positive and productive.
Manage a shared access folder with licenses and software expirations, ensuring access for all customer stakeholders and supporting the renewal process.
Manage mobile service tracking of over 400 lines of service and migration of that into a database.
Expected to scribe for meetings and distribute information as appropriate
Responsible for scheduling/managing calendars and meeting invites
Shall coordinate between a range of staff and external stakeholders
Assist in the management of office equipment and supplies
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Individual shall be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Must have good organizational skills
Exhibit strong attention to detail
Maintain flexibility and professionalism
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with supporting IT development projects planning.
Experience coordinating with multiple agency organizations
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $69520 - $111210

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
