Summary of Role:

  • Responsible for development of API, Integrations into product and services.

  • Responsible for product and software reporting and integrations of data to up\downstream financial systems, support queues and contractual commitments.

  • Responsible for lead QA role across Unified Communications services including compliance adherence.

  • Specializes in collecting data, organizing that data, and then analyzing the data so that they can accurately report their findings so that other departments to make informed decisions.


Responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Database Administrator for assigned products – Coordinate activities with DBA to build databases, build schema, support integrations and upgrades

  • Programming experience with the following languages: SQL, PowerBI, HTML, Access and Powershell

  • Expert level with PowerBI to extract data from our GCCH tenant for reporting and dashboard creation

  • Dashboard Creation using PowerBI and QLIK

  • Data Analysis

  • Expert level in Excel and Access

  • VLookups

  • Pivot Tables

  • Macros

  • Powershell customized reporting

  • Ability to analyze data in a variety of applications in order to create reports requested by our business units

  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint for reporting purposes

  • System Based Reporting for products in use (Product list is specific) but work is unique to consolidation, validation, API integrations to \ from down stream services.

  • Creating and automating manual processes to improve functionality.

  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for data extractions and reporting.

  • Partnering with team members to understand services and simplify manual tasks.

  • Collaborate across teams to assist in testing across the Office 365 platform including adopting early phases to provide feedback.

  • Participate in all appropriate team members.

Years of Experience:

Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.


Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Preferred Qualification:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, SQL, .Net and Powershell

  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail.
